Yes, Calisthenics is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Since Calisthenics is based on training with your own body as a counterweight, the exercises can almost always be adapted to your strength and ability.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, Calisthenics helps you develop strength, mobility and body control in a gentle and progressive way. Our trainers guide you through the right technique and setup to help you reach your goals, regardless of where you start.

Calisthenics focuses on bodyweight training, where you use your own body as resistance instead of machines or weights.
Both gym training and Calisthenics develop and build strength, the difference is that in Calisthenics we also train mobility, balance and body control which are needed to cope with various exercises.
Unlike traditional gym training that often isolates muscle groups, Calisthenics engages multiple muscle groups at the same time and develops a more holistic strength.
While the exercises in traditional gym training are often repetitive, Calisthenics constantly offers new challenges to master – from simpler movements to more advanced movements. There are always new exercises to learn, which makes training varied and developing for both body and mind.
You who train Calisthenics therefore do not need to supplement with gym training, but can focus 100% on Calisthenics and still build strength.
