Training calisthenics at Trainics is so much better than going to the gym. I started with handstands and that's how I found Trainics. Douglas, Sabina and Sid are professionals and help you progress in your training in a calm and fun way. It doesn't matter what level you are at, they adapt the exercises so that everyone can participate regardless of level. Have improved my handstand and for the first time think it's fun to train strength.

Questions And Answers
How do the memberships work?
All memberships automatically renew on the 27th of every month, after purchase you don't need to do anything else. Immediately after becoming a member, you can download our booking app, Wondr, and book yourself into classes.
Do you have committment times?
No, we do not have committment times. Our membership is ongoing with only 20 days notice. You can cancel whenever you want.
Can I try for free first?
Yes. You can try a free class, or buy 1 week of training before you get a membership with us. We also have clip cards here: www.trainics.se/bli-medlem
Is this eligible for 'wellness grant'?
Yes, you can use your health care allowance. You can easily download the receipt in the Wondr app, or email us and we will help you, to send the receipt to your employer.
Can I freeze the membership?
Yes. You can freeze your ongoing membership for up to 4 weeks per calendar year for any reason. At the shortest, you can freeze 2 weeks at a time. Email info@trainics.se to freeze, no later than 20 days before the intended period.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have two showers that can be used after your workout. These showers are also used as booths to change before class. If possible, preferably change BEFORE to the class.
Where is the studio located?
The studio is located at Torsplan/Hagastaden in Stockholm. Address: Solnavägen 3H, 113 63 Stockholm. The nearest subway is St Eriksplan and Bus: Karolinska Sjukhuset Eugeniavägen or Torsplan e.g. Bus 3,6, 77.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is parking both on the Solna side at the Karolinska area or in parking lots and also on the streets around inside the tolls.
What kind of classes do you have?
We have classes with a focus on strength and mobility. Including handstands, full body, muscle ups, mobility and legs. You can learn a large number of exciting movements within Calisthenics at our classes.
Can anyone train with you?
Absolutely! You do not need to have experience with Calisthenics training. Here we adapt the exercises to your individual level so that you get as much as possible out of each training session.
We are shortly launching an intro course for those of you who are completely new to Calisthenics and want to learn more before becoming a member.
Can you train on your own?
As a "Go12" and "All in 25" member, you have access to book open training at times between classes. This can be done every day of the week. You book in via our booking app, Wondr.
Can I get changed at the studio?
Yes. We have two shower rooms that are used for changing. However, we recommend that you come with a change if possible.
