Freeze Membership
Rules when freezing
As a member at Trainics you have the option to freeze your membership up to four weeks per year and at least two weeks at a time. Freezing cannot be done in retrospect. (Does not apply to clip cards or membership Mini 4)
Under certain circumstances like longer trips abroad, studies, work at a different location or military service, the membership can be frozed at least 30 days and maximum 90 days at a time.
Application for freezing need to be done, at least 20 days before start. Apply using the form below. We will get back to you shortly with eventual approval.
