If you want to increase your strength and flexibility in your legs, hips and core, this class is for you! We practice various exercises that improve your mobility and strength in the entire lower body and that make you better at more movements within Calisthenics.
Vi tränar bland annat på rörelser och progressioner till pistol squats, dragon squats, olika splits, l-sit/v-sit och toe to bars och andra roliga Calisthenics övningar som inkluderar underkroppen och core.
All exercises can be scaled and adapted to your level, both easier and more difficult. Everyone is welcome in this class. You work and challenge yourself based on your own level.
