MOBILITY

Flexibility & Strength

A class entirely dedicated to strength-based flexibility and mobility training.

During these classes we practice various exercises designed to increase your range of motion, body control and flexibility. Movement and mobility training allows us to move more freely, learn new fun exercises, reduce the risk of injury and become stronger in more movements.

The classes will vary from time to time with a focus on different exercises for front splits, side splits and backbends. We will combine both active and passive flexibility training and put a lot of focus on "end range strength training", which can be explained by being strong and having control over the outer positions of the muscles. 

The exercises are adapted based on your individual level.
